Join us for a special evening to celebrate Anawim's Mission, Legacy and Future under new leadership. We will commemorate Russ Frazier for his thirteen years of leadership and welcome in Cynthia Latcham as president of Anawim Housing.
As we welcome new leadership, join us in celebrating change and honoring our legacy. 36 years ago, Anawim Housing was founded with two homes along 12th Street and a strong vision for providing housing for people in Des Moines. Today, we continue that mission to develop stable homes and strengthen people and communities, with over 790 units of affordable housing and 260 units of Permanent Supportive Housing. Russ Frazier formally stepped down from his position as president in May. In April, the Anawim Housing Board of Directors named Cynthia Latcham as successor and Latcham has now formally stepped into her new role.
We look forward to celebrating our legacy, mission and future with you all - our dear supporters, friends, and advocates.
