Anawim Housing, a nonprofit housing agency, is hiring a full time Marketing and Housing Manager. The position will require travel between various properties to collect rent, monitor tenant ledgers, conduct unit inspections, lease enforcement and maintain a positive tenant community. Staff will perform move-in inspections, sign lease with new tenants and maintain legal records. Work to collaborate with Anawim Property Management staff to develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies in an effort to ensure stable vacancy at all properties. Relevant experience using various modes of marketing include digital and print. An understanding of the property management industry is preferred. Assist with lease up of new properties including unit promotion, showing units and tenant screening selection. The job will primarily be M-F, 8:00-4:30 with some after hrs. or weekend responsibility.
