Having a safe place to call home is not a new idea at Anawim Housing. We have been committed to serving people experiencing homelessness through permanent supportive housing for over 20 years. In the coming days and weeks I believe everyone will place higher value the importance of having a safe place to shelter, nest and create new routines. Our Permanent Supportive Housing programs are predicated upon evidence based practices and we will continue to serve our program tenants utilizing these tools and resources throughout the pandemic, observing and adhering to current recommendations for social isolation. Our team specializes in creativity and flexibility and are experts in serving people with serious mental illness and substance use disorder and we are committed to partnering with our tenants to maintain their housing through this current situation and beyond. Anawim Housing is remaining committed as a staff to providing ongoing support and communication through this pandemic.
Anawim Housing and Allterra Property Solutions changes and procedures in place during COVID-19 (Coronavirus) to help promote social distancing and limit health risks to our residents and staff.
Both the Anawim Housing and Allterra Property Solutions' offices are shortening their office hours from 9AM - 3PM.
Both offices will also be restricting access to the building and guests are being assisted by phone. With restricted access to our building, this means that the main front door will be locked. If you need to pay rent in person or drop off documents, a staff member can meet you at the door. Please call the front desk to communicate your need. Our front desk numbers:

If you are a current tenant of Allterra Property Solutions, you can contact your property manager through your tenant portal or by phone.
In the best interest of your health and our staff, we ask that if anyone is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, that we please work together by phone to reschedule all appointments, including lease renewals/ re-certifications.
Anawim Housing Program Managers are working from home utilizing technology and have been doing so since March 16. Program tenants have the phone numbers and emails of their program managers and there is ongoing support and communication happening.
Full Circle has been postponed until further notice. Participants are to contact their program manager for information on when the next Full Circle meeting will be. Please contact your program manager by phone or email - do not come to the main office as our staff are working off-site and remotely.
