Andrea Dencklau
Director of Family Services
Andrea has over ten years of experience in social services, working particularly in the areas of housing and homelessness. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas.

Randy Good
Director of Maintenance
Prior to joining Anawim Housing, Randy created Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1989, providing homebuilding and construction management services as an independent contractor for a number of construction companies.

Bill Swanson
Director of Property Management
Bill earned his BA in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College. Prior to joining Anawim Housing in 2000, he had a 22-year career with the State of Minnesota, working with a wide range of disability groups at the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center.

Heidi J. Watkins
Director of Accounting
Heidi earned a BS in Psychology and an MBA with an accounting emphasis from Iowa State University. She has also received her CPA designation and worked in the private sector as an accountant and finance analyst.
